I was forwarded your information…LOVE the cause! I run a Cub Scout Summer Camp, and we are incorporating the Pocket Flag Project as well as these cards for our BSA 100 Year celebration. Our Cub Scout motto is “Do a Good Turn Daily”, and with these cards we will gladly encourage our Cubs to hand out during their daily travels throughout the summer and throughout the year. Thank you.

I was unaware of your efforts until I was in conversation with a visitor at my church. When he found out my involvement with Scouting he said that he had a good turn for me to do. Since I was handed a handful of these cards I have happily looked forward to hand them out during my travels. What has amazed me (and sadly how often it has occured) is how surprised the recipients have been. I hope that the word of your efforts and the value that it represents become far more commonplace.

Hi,, As you can see by my email address, I served in Vietnam – Army. I think that these cards are really GREAT to have. I will keep some (and pass them out), but the rest will go to our 2 daughters. I taught them to go up to people and say “Thanks for your service” to anyone that they know are Veterans (wearing a hat, or a uniform). They have said that they get soooo much joy from doing it and they did NOT realize the impact it would have on the Veteran., Thanks again,

I do not see a cost associated with the ordering of these. Please advise.,I became aware of these cards through a relative attending a funeral in Kansas. Here taxi driver gave her a few to distribute once he understood the circumstances of her visit. She told me and I think this is a wonderful idea. Thank you.

Willie, I will be mailing your cards out today…really sorry for the delay.

That’s OK! No need to be sorry, for this is truely a beautiful cause and I can imagine how busy and hectic it can be. I had used the card I recieved and passed it on to the next deserving service person, so I am without my card that reminds me of how great this country and people can be! It still gives me shivers when I think about how I got the card. I would like to thank you and all people involved with this organization and let them know how special they are!!! Wonderful!!!
Best Regards,

Hello Richard…I received the cards today and can’t thank you enough! What a wonderful way for us to show our gratitude and appreciation for all they do. Just a simple card but it means so much. I showed them to my husband and his immediate response was “could I please have some too?” Of course I will share! I will be sending out a check to help cover the cost of printing them. Thanks again so much! Susan Schwenn, Wisconsin “Proud Army Mom”……HOOAH!
I Love what you are doing here. I Love our Troops and our Veterans. They payed the price for our freedom and that is such a sacrifice. My brother in law just passed away from cancer from agent orange in viet nam. He was a navy seal. He and so many like him are Hero’s. Thank You for what you are doing for our Troops and Veterans. It is nice to see someone who cares about them. God Bless You and Thanks Again.
